Classic Cream Colour

These colours contain no developers or animal by-products and are conditioning to the hair. To obtain true vibrant colour, first pre-lighten your hair with a Manic Panic bleach kit (contact us for stockist details!). More subtle colour highlights may be achieved by applying to natural hair without bleaching. Apply product to squeaky clean shampooed, dry hair. Allow time to develop and then rinse - so easy!
